What is check in / check out times at the Brock Plaza Hotel?
At the Brock Plaza Hotel, check in starts at 3:00pm, and our check out time is for 12:00pm noon.
Where and how do I park my car, and how much will it cost me?
At the Brock Plaza Hotel we offer two options for parking. You can park your car yourself in our easily accessible self parking garage for $10 plus taxes per night, or you can have our capable valet department park your car for $20 plus taxes per night. Both options are available to you at check in.
Where is Casino Niagara in relation to the hotel?
Actually, being a guest in the Brock Plaza Hotel, it's very simple to get to Casino Niagara. With our internal walkway, you will be at the entrance of the Casino in mere moments!
Do you offer shuttles to the Falls View Casino and Resort?
Shuttles are not offered directly through the hotel to get to the Falls View Casino, however Casino Niagara offers a shuttle that runs daily to and from both casinos.
Does the hotel offer any special packages for guests?

Will the hotel accept my beloved pet while I travel?
Unfortunately, the Brock Plaza Hotel does not accept pets. However, the Sheraton on the Falls is happy to accept dogs. With their Love That Dog program, your dog is more than welcome in the Sheraton on the Falls. Simply let your reservation agent know when booking, or call the hotel directly to let them know, and they will make your dog's stay as comfortable as they can! Does the Brock Plaza Hotel have a pool for guests?
The Brock Plaza Hotel does indeed have a guest pool. The indoor pool also includes a Kiddie pool, whirlpool and sauna, all of which are located on the 3rd floor of the hotel. The pool area hours are 9:00am – 10:00pm. Don't forget about our Falls View Indoor Waterpark which is also available to guests of the hotel.
Are there any fridges or microwaves in the guestrooms?
Microwaves are not available in guestrooms, and refrigerators are available for your stay for a rental charge of $25 plus taxes. (Subject to availability)
